Senior Care Staff: Level 2 and 3 NVQ’s Direct Care.
There are at least three staff on duty at any time during the day and two at night and We hold twice-yearly series of lectures in Care and Handling and regular training in Fire and Emergency procedures. Other training is arranged from time to time.
