MARDON HOUSE PHILOSOPHY OF CARE:
The need to treat the whole person and their dignity and self esteem. The better we are at communicating with our residents, the more we will get to know about the whole person and thus be able to meet their individual needs. Dignity and respect can be maintained by respecting the client's wishes and also their experience: achievements and knowledge. A concern for privacy and personal likes and dislikes should always be shown.

Mardon House is registered and inspected by the Commission for Social Care Inspection. A copy of the inspection report is on display at our premises or may be viewed on-line at ukwww.csci.org.
